Champions Circle® Experiences Code of Conduct and Photo Release
Champions Circle® Single Game Code of Conduct
It is imperative that all Guests conduct themselves in a manner that maintains the atmosphere of goodwill and fellowship that Champions Circle® is intended to foster. Failure to adhere to the following may result in immediate expulsion from the event as well as exclusion from participating in future events:
1. Respect and Dignity
Show the utmost respect and dignity to: Champions Circle® Officers and staff; University of Michigan staff, student-athletes, students, and fans; law enforcement; event staff; opponent staff, student-athletes, and fans; and the general public.
2. Adherence to Policies and Protocols
Adhere to all policies, procedures, codes of conduct, instructions, directives, and/or protocols issued by the University of Michigan, the Michigan Athletic Department, University of Michigan staff or officials, and/or any involved coaching staff while on University of Michigan property and/or attending events sponsored by and/or involving the University of Michigan, its staff, and/or its students.
3. Facility Rules
Comply with all facility rules at any facility used for a Champions Circle® event or gathering.
4. Ticket Requirements
All participants in a Champions Circle® experience at a Michigan Athletics ticketed event must have a valid ticket to the event.
5. Credential Use
A credential may be used only by the individual to whom it was issued, is non-transferable, and does not confer escort privileges. Any misuse, including sharing or unauthorized transfer, will result in immediate expulsion from the event and forfeiture of future credential privileges.
6. Attire Guidelines
Refrain from wearing branded attire that represents an opponent of Michigan.
7. Prohibited Substances and Intoxication
Refrain from excessive intoxication and/or drug use. Guests must be respectful of team activities.
8. Gambling Restrictions
Refrain from all gambling or wagering while on Michigan Athletics property, including utilizing any information obtained within team facilities for the purpose of engaging in or facilitating any gambling or wagering activities related to Michigan-based competitions, whether directly or indirectly.
9. Inclusivity and Respect
Treat others with courtesy and respect regardless of race, color, national origin, creed, age, gender, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other condition protected by law.
10. Family-Friendly Environment
Treat Champions Circle® and its events as family-friendly environments and refrain from using obscenities or engaging in other inappropriate behavior.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Refrain from endangering the welfare, safety, harmony, or good reputation of Champions Circle®, its Members, Officers, staff affiliates, or Guests. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Carrying firearms or any other dangerous weapons at any time during Champions Circle® or Michigan Athletics events.
- Committing a crime or engaging in criminal conduct of any sort.
- Possessing or using illegal controlled substances.
- Causing, creating, or participating in a disruption during Champions Circle® or Michigan Athletics events.
- Deliberate or careless damage or destruction of property during Champions Circle® or Michigan Athletics events.
By adhering to these guidelines, all Guests contribute to the positive and respectful environment that Champions Circle® strives to maintain for its Members and attendees.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING NOTICE AND CONSENT
This event is being photographed and/or filmed for the purpose of broad distribution and promotional purposes by Valiant Management Group, LLC, Champions Circle, LLC and their affiliates (“Valiant”). By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded by Valiant and grant Valiant permission to use your image and/or recording in connection with any live, still, or recorded transmission, reproduction or publication of this event. If you do not wish to accept these terms, please do not purchase the experience.
