Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent to the following address: Champions Circle NIL Shop 2395 Oak Valley Dr, Suite 110, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. Champions Circle NIL Shop can provide a return shipping label for a $8.00 fee, which will be subtracted from your return amount. To request a return label, please email us at shop@championscircleuofm.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue, as needed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on the following items: autographed trading cards, autographed memorabilia, framed pictures or jerseys, digital products, player-owned or worn gear, and/or items affected by player number changes. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Player Number Changes 
Player jersey numbers are subject to change and are an inherent part of college athletics. Because of this, merchandise purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund due to player number changes, whether temporary or permanent, or due to future roster or jersey number updates.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you seek is to return the item you initially purchased and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the item you returned, we'll process it and issue you a full refund for your original order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, your bank or credit card company may take multiple business days to process and post the refund to your account.
